Yoga for musicians

Poses for the practice room

As musicians we are passionate artists, yet many of us struggle with repetitive stress, performance anxiety, and a general mindset of ‘overdoing’. Poses for the Practice Room is a specially curated sequence of yoga asana (poses) for the needs of musicians with a deep focus on soothing the nervous system, precision of alignment, breathing techniques, and finding ease in every movement. Special attention is given to those with hand, wrist, arm, & shoulder constrictions. Please know that Poses for the Room is for EVERY body size, color, shape, and ability.
